Swasti partners with Superdry on the Women Empowerment- Gender cum Covid Response Programme to reach around 2000 workers and their families from 2 of their supplier factories in NCR region. The program aims to ensure good health, safety and well-being of the workforce and to treat all workers, irrespective of their gender, fairly at work- in the values of respecting and supporting human rights within the Superdry supply chain in India.
Swasti’s Learning4impact (L4i) programme supported by USAID India Health Office develops and synthesizes actionable insights for program and policy design and to guide investments. L4i uses learnings drawn from the health sector to design new approaches to scale and expand the impact of USAID programs; contributes to policy discussions with national and state governments; meaningfully engages public-private partnerships, and promotes cross-learning between partners for more effective implementation. Working across the priority thematic areas of RMNCH+A, TB, HIV, and health systems strengthening, L4i provides three key kinds of support to the Health Office: monitoring and evaluation, evidence and learning, and strategic support.
Our partnership with AHT on the i4we Schools Programme reaches 4500 adolescents in 10 schools across 2 geographies with socio emotional learning services. This pilot programme caters to 5 aspects of wellness for adolescents through a network of life-skills providers, counsellors and school management strengthening initiatives. It works with different stakeholders involved in a child’s journey in schools, including teachers, school management and parents.
Our partnership with Morgan Stanley India on the i4We Schools Programme reaches 1500 adolescents in 3 schools in Hongasandra with socio-emotional learning services. Swasti’s partnership with IIFL in response to COVID-19 ensures that 1000 households in vulnerable communities across 9 locations in 4 States are supplied with Food, Health, Hygiene and Sanitation kits. It also supported Community Based Testing through rapid antibody tests for 1000 people, including equipment and technology for the same.
Our partnership with BSF provides an opportunity for 30 women in low income urban communities across 2 states in Bommanahalli in Bengaluru, Karnataka and Mohammadpur in Gurugram, Haryana to become entrepreneurs. The solution is to establish a microsocial enterprise with the community women from self help groups for producing, running and maintaining hand washing stations where there is no running water. It is an innovative solution to promote hand hygiene practices and access to clean water with soap – critical during COVID-19.

Our partnership with HDB Financial Services on improving WASH and Water Security in Rehti Tehsil, Sehore District, Madhya Pradesh Programme reached 7500 individuals in 20 villages across 2 blocks with WASH sensitization and infrastructure in schools and villages. Infrastructure for WASH was improved in 8 schools and 11 communities. It focused on improvement of WASH and water security in villages of Rehti populated predominantly by scheduled tribes.

The M&S-ICHW Programme reaches 30000 individuals in 4 urban slum communities across Gurugram with primary health care, preventive promotive, financial products and improving access to government schemes and benefits in direct response to the multilayered problems that limits healthy living for the poor and marginalised.
Our partnership with MIGROS in response to COVID-19 reaches 6000 individuals in 2 urban slum communities across Gurugram with Food Relief, Nutrition,Health Awareness, Safety & Hygiene services.
Our partnership with Levis supports Swasti’s flagship programme – Invest4Wellness (i4We) in Peenya Industrial Cluster. The programme aims to reach 50,000 workers by 2025 from 50 to 60 Apparel and Non Apparel factories with health, social protection, financial inclusion, workplace relationships and gender equity services, making health and well-being affordable and accessible for the workers.
Our Telecare for the Vulnerable project supported by SBI Foundation will reach out to vulnerable Covid-19 hotspot populations for providing person centred primary care, counselling and emotional support, and support in accessing social entitlements & schemes which are of utmost importance for survival and wellbeing. The project is expected to support 1,00,000 individuals in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The proof of concept has been established through the Telecare services in existing i4we communities, where Swasti has reached out to over 35,000 community members affected by the pandemic and lockdown.
Our Community Based Testing initiative for COVID-19 supported by SBI Foundation aims to increase access to healthcare for the most vulnerable population in Mumbai city who are at risk for COVID-19. Through doorstep services as well as telephone screening, this intervention aims at identifying and supporting high-risk individuals through timely testing available at the community, and availability of quality care if tested positive for COVID-19. This initiative aims full coverage of one urban slum in Mumbai with a total population of 1 lakh people.
The Indore Healthy City Programme reaches 20 Lakhs individuals in urban community across Indore City geography with a roadmap of Healthy City. Building on multi-stakeholder engagement and cross-sectoral dimensions of health like food, water, sanitation, environment and individual and family health needs; it seeks to support the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Madhya Pradesh to model Indore as a “Healthy City”.
Our partnership with Walmart for the Walmart Vriddhi Programme will reach 50,000 Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises (MSME) in India with training support that include Standard Business Management Training, Tailored Training focusing on industry specific needs and requirements of MSME as well as Advisory Support. The program focuses on supporting in MSME’s development and growth and to get access to both Global and Indian Markets.
The MITHR 2.0 Programme supported by Grand Challenges Canada reaches 400 individuals in communities of Women in Sex Work and Transgender people across Bangalore Urban geographies with Primary health care and referral services. It’s an action research project which aims to establish navigational system for health services for sex workers and transgenders using technology.
Our partnership with Morgan Stanley India supports Swasti’s flagship programme – Invest4Wellness (i4We) to reach 1000 families in Hongasandra, Bengaluru in Karnataka with Health and Wellness services including primary health care, chronic condition management, financial products, access to availing of social protection schemes and more.
The LENNS Programme supported by UPenn reaches 8000 households across 38 wards of 10 town panchayats (Peri – Urban) in Pudukkottai and Karur districts of Tamil Nadu to improve health and sanitation of the communities. It promotes 1) Exclusive use of toilet facilities for defecation by all individuals aged five years and older.2) Ownership of durable and improved household toilet facilities; and 3) Routine and frequent cleaning of sanitation facilities (household toilets) through various Social and Behavioural Change Communication (SBCC) activities.
Our partnership with United Way Chennai takes the “Trans Kitchen” Programme – the first of its kind to 15 Transgender communities of Community Organization – CMTNS at Coimbatore. It creates sustainable livelihood alternatives for transgender people supporting them to become food entrepreneurs in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Our partnership with Aidsfonds takes the MITHR Programme of Community Based Testing for HIV to 9937 individuals in most vulnerable communities across 5 Zones of Bengaluru city with Community Based Testing services. It reaches key populations most vulnerable to HIV/AIDS – Women in Sex Work, gay men and transgender people and their partners.
Our partnership with AHT for support to 32 Community Organizations across 5 States of Andhra Pradesh, Telengana, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, ensures that 35,000 individuals in Marginalized Communities of women in sex work, gay men and transgender people are able to access health and financial services and have diversified income and reduced dependancy on sex work.

Manyata is a program that aims to create a robust quality improvement and assurance system to help private maternity care facilities improve their quality of services.The Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI), Jhpiego, MacArthur Foundation and MSD for Mothers have come together to ensure quality maternal care at private healthcare facilities. Swasti supports MSD for Mothers in building a sustainability architecture for the Manyata programme through building out various components of sustainability such as demand, delivery, finance and governance structures. Swasti, will use the sustainability architecture to guide the MSD strategy for Phase IV of the Manyata program. This project will build out a private sector engagement strategy for improving quality standards in India, which can guide not just similar engagements nationally, but also globally in countries that rely heavily on the private sector for delivery of care.
The PHC landscape project will reach individuals and experts in the public health domain across India with a landscape mapping and a database where information will be crowdsourced and analyzed in terms of learning applicability and adaptation/replication favourability. This dynamic database can be utilized by researchers, program managers, policymakers alike.
The Levis Worker Wellbeing Programme reaches over 15000 individuals in the garment supply chain across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Hyderabad, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Punjab with the aim to improve the lives of the workers in the apparel sector. It stemmed out of a strong belief that ‘investment in worker well being enables a more conducive business environment, generating shared value for workers and factories. The program uses the Training of Trainers approach (that includes direct training of workers and management) to build capacities of selected workers and factory management on facilitation skills, training delivery, and life skills.
Swasti is working with IIIT-D and Singapore Management University to apply Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI & ML) techniques to improve segmentation and outreach among key populations. This is supported by the Google AI for Good Grant.
Swasti in collaboration with CISCO, Telangana SACS and Catalyst Management Services Pvt Ltd has designed a technology solution which digitizes the outreach processes on the field while simplifying reporting, monitoring and decision making at all levels. The solution has been used in outreach services with 5100 individuals among Key and Bridge Population communities for HIV/AIDS Targeted Intervention – women in sex work, gay men, transgender people, truckers and migrants across 4 Targeted Interventions in Telangana.
Swasti partners with Lindex on WE Women by Lindex with 4 supplier factories of Lindex across Delhi NCR and Tamil Nadu geographies with an aim to improve the lives of women in the supply chain by integrating gender equity into supplier management systems. Swasti is the technical support partner for Lindex, supporting their suppliers in India in developing a gender strategy and integrating gender into workplace systems through assessment, capacity building and developing and roll out a gender action plan for the respective supplier factories.
